Augusta Apartment 15

Hi there!

By now your stay will be approaching and I will have forwarded you this link which provides all the essential information about checking into the apartment. Please see below.

There is a strict no party policy at the apartment. This includes any loud noise that has the potential to affect the neighbours. If loud noise is reported you will simply be asked to leave / check-out. Many people call this apartment building their home and I must respect their privacy.

Address / Access Into The Apartment

The address of the apartment is Apartment 15, 254 Willis Street, Te Aro, Wellington, 6011.

On your arrival there is a lock-box part way up the outside staircase on the right hand side attached to the fence, just next to the small shrub. The front of the lock-box has the text “Master Lock” on it. Inside is one set of keys which will get you into the apartment. Use the fob / tag to enter the building and the key to enter the apartment.

I will have sent you the lock-box code separately via AirBNB mail.

There are a few other lock-boxes on the fence, so see below for the photos of yours.

The apartment is located on level 3. After entering through the large front doors take the lift (or take the one flight of stairs) to level 3. Proceed straight out of the lift and turn right at the end. Apartment 15 is immediately on the left and is marked on the apartment door. Note the main front entrance is technically located on level 2, so only go up one floor.

Car Parking

There is no car parking available on-site. There is however a public car park about 100m down Willis Street.

Continue straight down Willis Street and straight through the first set of traffic lights. The entrance is about 50m past the intersection on the right hand side (so make sure you're in the right hand lane). This carpark is a market garden on a Sunday so only use this carpark Monday - Saturday. 

Street parking is available right outside the apartment. Please make sure you check the conditions of parking on the signs, as Willis Street is a "Clear Way" during the AM peak, meaning no vehicles are permitted to park there first thing in the morning during weekdays.

General Information

Please do not smoke outside the front door of the building or on the front steps. It's just out of courtesy for others living in the building. 

There is an information booklet in the apartment which provides all the other details you will need for your stay.
